The Leadership Foundations program is open to any member of the Associa team, regardless of their role. Attendees ranged from section presidents to receptionists with a wide range of team members in between. Leadership Foundations offers eight sessions spread over eight weeks in which participants explore Associa’s competency model, the Leadership Value Proposition, and dive deeper into the behaviors of successful leaders. So far in 2022, more than 300 employees have registered to participate.
